My goal is to assist domestic and international organizations that bring value to U.S. and allied warfighters, or the commercial market, with a preference towards small technology firms. I treat everyone equally whether you are the CEO of a multi-billion dollar corporation or a student with a good idea. I use a variable rate structure based on your ability to pay and my subjectively assessed value of your work to our country and its allies. Here’s what to expect:
We will meet to discuss and assess your needs and my ability to add real value. We will discuss possible courses of action, including assistance from other avenues. You will gain a firm understanding of what I can and cannot accomplish for you, and whether I can deliver a total integrated solution, partial solution, or no solution. The goal is to make the best use of our time together. At the conclusion of the meeting we will agree on the next steps, but no instant decisions will be made to allow time for post-meeting assessments.
Within a week after our meeting, I will prepare a recommended course of action that will include a proposal for assistance and/or referral to other service providers. Making money is not my primary goal, so please do not be offended if I do not extend an offer of assistance. If you decide to pursue my assistance, you can either accept my offer or ask for a revised proposal.
Our mission is to help companies achieve their goals by leveraging our extensive knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and network of executives in industry, government and academia.
